~The Box Office~
The box office manager plays a crucial role in the operation of Heritage Hall, a role that Alice Glenn has filled with great knowledge and skill. She designed the box office system which is the operational center of the hall. Assisted by Paula Grange and Carol Walker, Alice manages ticket sales reservations, areas of publicity and the season pass holders. Wanda Payne, assisted by Alice Glenn, has efficiently and creatively chaired publicity and marketing for the greater part of Heritage Hall’s history. She is responsible for all facets of media advertising, for bulletins and posters and for coordinating with clubs, organizations, and individuals who give generously to the operation of Heritage Hall. Assisted by other board members, the publicity chair has made her motto “You don’t have to leave home,” a reality for Johnson County.
For reservations and/or to purchase advance tickets call 423-727-7444 (at any time) and leave a message (with your name and phone number). A staff member will return your call within 48 hours. Advance tickets may be purchased at our Box Office.
The Box Office entrance is located to the right of the Senior Center on College Street — 126 College Street, Mountain City, TN
Reserved seat tickets are also sold at the door (if still available) but for best seat selection purchase early!
Day of Event Ticket Sales – Tickets are sold at the main theater entrance at 211 N. Church St., Mountain City, at least 30 minutes before performances. A ticket counter is located inside the front door of the theater. For best seat selection, buy your tickets in advance.
Heritage Hall Productions offer discounts for groups of 15 or more (when purchased in advance and as a block) and to youths (through High School). Please contact the ticket office for details.
