    For reservations and/or to purchase advance tickets call 423-727-7444 (at any time) and leave a message (with your name and phone number). A staff member will be return your call within 48 hours. Advance tickets may also be purchased at our Box Office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays from 12 noon - 2 pm.

   The Box Office entrance, 126 College Street, is located to the right of the Senior Center on College Street (Performers Entrance).

    The reserved seat tickets will be sold at the door (if still available) but for best seat selection purchase early!

Tribute to Doc Watson

Due to poor health, Doc Watson  will not be able to perform the May 19 concert  at  Heritage Hall.

David Holt, Doc Watson' s touring partner, master banjo player and Appalachian story teller will  be  taking his place in a night of tribute to Doc. The winner of four Grammies,  David  has performed  and traveled with Doc,  Grandpa Jones, Bill Monroe, Earl Scruggs, Roy Acuff  and Chet Atkins.

For ticket holders who do not plan to attend this event, you may either request a refund or designate your ticket fee go to the Rosa Lee Watson Scholarship Fund in honor of Doc Watson's wife, Rosa Lee.

Blue Suede Soul Band with Elvis

This evening will feature Ben and Kathy Bradford from the former Deja Vue Band on keyboard and vocals, along with Jason Blevins and Ben Foy on guitar and drums. AND, of course the impeccable Elvis impersonations of Andy Woodall, a favorite in Johnson County. The music will include New Orleans Blues, Swamp Pop, Soft Rock and Elvis classics.

Heritage Hall Theatre is a wonderful place to enjoy performances and community events. The theatre, which seats 388, may be rented by groups, organizations and individuals who wish to reach a wider audience by staging an event.

  No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the historic building. Food service is not available. Pre-event dining is available in downtown Mountain City, along South Church Street and along South Shady St./Hwy. 421.
Lodging options
