The Box Office
The box office manager plays a crucial role in the operation of Heritage Hall. It is a role that Alice Glenn has filled with great knowledge and skill. She designed the box office system which is the operational center of the hall. Alice manages ticket sales, reservations, some areas of publicity, and the season pass holders. Steve Dunfee, assisted by Alice, has efficiently and creatively chaired marketing for the past 9 years.
We have partnered with Tix.com to help manage our ticket sales and make online ticket sales available. As with any ticketing service, there are additional fees added. For credit card purchases at the box office and online there is a $1 ticket fee (per ticket) for tickets under $10 and a $1.50 ticket fee (per ticket) for tickets priced $10 or higher. This is the Tix.com ticketing fee. An additional 2.9% plus $0.30 transaction fee for credit card processing will also be added.
Our new ticket booth is inside Nalley’s Shirt Shop at 118 W. Main St. in downtown Mountain City.

Event Day Ticket Sales – Online ticket sales are open until 11:00 AM on the event day. After that, cash-only tickets are sold at the main theatre entrance at 211 N. Church St., Mountain City beginning one hour before performances. A ticket table is located inside the front door of the theatre’s main entrance. For the best seat selection, buy your tickets in advance. For most events, the cash-only door tickets are $2 to $5 more than advance purchase tickets.
